About Your Next Opportunity:
HTC VIVE is looking for a Social Media Manager-Virtual Production to join our growing marketing team. This role covers all aspects of a Social Media Marketing Manager including driving world-class digital marketing, top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful content, driving the right mix of events, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral, and more. You will be an integral team member of the marketing team working with marketing agencies to execute the marketing programs. This role will work closely with the APAC / USA and EMEA marketing teams, and local sales team and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute the annual Social Media marketing plan.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and responding to comments and queries in a timely manner
  • Responsible for product line-related content ideation and social media outreach, and managing fan and follower engagements and feedback
  • Create innovative content to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques in social media
  • Manage marketing communications activities, including online and offline media, influencers, analysts, and KOLs
  • Keep abreast of the latest Virtual Production and 3D Game engine landscape, leverage new emerging channels, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Partner closely with a global cross-functional team to assist with the planning, development, and integration of new product launch strategies from ideation/conception through to customer delivery, to be delivered on Social Media platforms
  • Work with team to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities - transforming Vive MARS’ industry presence
  • Develop and execute world-class marketing strategy and communication for all HTC Vive Mars products partnering with sales and other cross-functional partners
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, relay actionable insights to business stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Experience doing creative editorial work for publications, or news/product-related print or digital publications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketing integration position
  • Experience managing social media platforms at a business
  • Experience leading and managing digital marketing systems and tools (e.g. MailChimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Wix, etc.) and experience developing web, email, and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing, SEO, analytics, and Facebook/Google ads
  • Experience in managing traditional, digital, and social media
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, and confidence in harnessing them for target audience engagements and sales conversation
  • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask to balance multiple projects and deadlines to meet objectives
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Great passion for the movie production and technology industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)
  • Master’s degree in Marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or other SEO tools
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects
  • Advertising experience
