About Your Next Opportunity:

HTC VIVE is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Enablement and Operations Manager to join our exciting team.

In this role, you will be crucial in optimizing our sales processes, empowering our sales team, and ensuring seamless operations within the sales department. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of sales enablement best practices.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, refine, and optimize the end-to-end sales process.
    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and relevant tools.
    • Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Technology and Tools Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales enablement tools and technologies.
    • Ensure the sales team is proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other platforms to maximize productivity.
  • Performance Analytics:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and regularly analyze performance metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to align strategies and initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information and resources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
