About Your Next Opportunity
HTC VIVE is looking for an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partner Manager to join our enterprise sales team. In this role, you’ll support and grow partnerships, enable our ISV and referral partners, and oversee the development and management of existing and new strategic partners.

Success in this role relies on your proactive ownership and passion for developing these critical relationships within a highly-visible and influential industry.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Build and manage co-marketing programs with our enterprise software partners that extend across our respective channels; events and tradeshows, digital properties, PR/Social, CRM, content marketing, advertising, retail, sales, and influencer/community
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the product calendars for VIVE and our partners to prescribe the most compelling marketing activations across consumer and enterprise
  • Work with software partners to integrate VIVE into their event presence; handling budget and product allocation, sponsorship negotiation, and digital/on-site promotional activities
  • Establish the metrics capture process for each marketing activation and help our partners to meet specific awareness and engagement targets. Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBR) to demonstrate your contribution towards our channel marketing goals
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in partner management or a related field
  • ISV experience
  • Experience leading marketing program planning discussions
Travel
  • 20% expected travel
  • This role will be based in the VIVE Seattle office, with the potential for a remote location

Employees within the US (located outside of California and Washington) will be considered on a temporary agency set up before transitioning to a direct-hire based on location.


HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $102,774 - $132,381. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
