HTC is seeking an HR Infra & Analytics Specialist to join our Human Resources team, playing a central role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of HR data, systems, and core operational processes. This role supports organization management, performance management, and travel management workflows while leveraging Excel and Power BI to translate HR data into actionable insights.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Maintain the Accuracy of HR Data and Systems
- Maintain HR master data, organizational data, and related HR system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform data quality checks, proactively investigate root causes of data issues, and complete or coordinate corrections.
- Support the daily operation, testing, and user support of HR systems.
- Assist in maintaining data standards, data quality guidelines, and related operating procedures.
2. Produce HR Reports and Analytics
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and recurring data requests to help management teams understand key workforce information.
- Use Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
- Identify trends and exceptions from data and help provide actionable data insights.
- Continuously optimize reporting and data processing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of information.
3. Support the Daily Operation of Core HR Processes
- Manage or support the daily execution of processes such as Organization Management, Performance Management, and Travel Management.
- Understand relevant HR policies, process rules, and user needs to help ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Assist in handling user questions and process-related requests by providing necessary process and system support.
- Track issues and improvement opportunities within processes and propose practical process improvement suggestions.
- Participate in system and process improvement projects, supporting requirement clarification, user testing, data validation, and go-live support.
4. Identify Opportunities for Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation or optimization from data, reports, and daily workflows.
- Use tools such as Power Automate and Power Query to help improve repetitive work and process efficiency.
- Participate in related improvement projects and gradually build hands-on experience in data analytics, automation, and digital tools.
- Continuously learn new data, technology, and related tools to strengthen the application of HR Data and Systems.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HRIS, data analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Practical experience with HR data, reporting, or HRIS; proficient in Excel and able to understand data logic, data relationships, and data quality.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively analyze issues and investigate root causes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work with HR, cross-functional, and international teams.
- Strong interest in HR data and systems, with a willingness to keep learning and improve work processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP or other HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
- Project experience related to HR, data analytics, automation, or HR Systems.
